I was concerned about the sale as the timing happened to be December and the home had not been updated since 1965. I also live out of town and was wondering how this was all going to work out! Pat and Pam were amazing to work with throughout the process. They showed great care for my uncle’s situation, gave me an honest assessment of the home and what to expect when selling, and communicated with me every step of the way. I am sure they had lots of other clients, but I felt like their top and only priority.
